Jackie has over eight years of experience as an HR Generalist, with specialist expertise in Benefits and Employee Relations and has been with Keena since 2006. Prior to joining Keena, she held several Human Resources roles of increasing responsibility with two prestigious law firms in Washington, DC.  Her local roots combined with her corporate experience assist Jackie as she oversees the daily operations of the HR department.

Jackie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Lynchburg College, VA and is a certified Professional in Human Resources.  She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management, the Capital Area Human Resources Association and the Adirondack Human Resources Association.
