The late Paul S. Gerarde (1953-2002)
earned an undergraduate degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from
Cornell University and Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University
College Of Law. Paul was the Personnel Director for Rockwell
International, Decora Manufacturing and CB Sports. Paul, along with
his wife Connie, opened Keena Staffing, a temporary employment agency
in 1986. Paul's skills, education, and drive were instrumental in
Keena's history. With Paul's leadership, he saw Keena develop into a
large temporary service, which grew to include permanent placements,
professional recruitment, employment consulting services, payroll, and
the Paul's final endeavor, a launch into the PEO industry.
Keena Staffing had been in business 16 years
when Paul passed away in November of
2002. He leaves behind his wife Connie, and their three children
Christina, Joseph, and Michael. Connie
and family continue operating Keena Staffing with the same commitment
and drive that brought Keena to where it is today. It is their intent
to have Paul's legacy live on through his family and his business.
