As a Client Services Specialist at KEENA, Jodi Forth serves as the primary point of contact for her clients, assisting with PTO plan maintenance, benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and onboarding new hires. She stays up-to-date with labor law changes to ensure compliance and provides guidance on HR-related challenges, helping clients navigate complex employment issues with confidence.

With over 30 years of experience in medical administration and insurance billing, Jodi brings a wealth of knowledge and attention to detail to her role. She has extensive experience supervising staff, processing claims, and now works closely with clients on Workers’ Compensation and Disability insurance. From handling claims and completing audits to ensuring policies align with payroll, Jodi provides reliable support that protects businesses and their employees.

Since joining KEENA in 2020 as a Client Services Representative and later becoming part of the Client Services Specialist team in 2023, Jodi has built strong and lasting relationships with clients. She takes pride in being a trusted partner who can ease the challenges of running a business while providing clear, dependable solutions.

Beyond her professional expertise, Jodi has a passion for plants. Her office is filled with a thriving collection, and she takes pride in reviving sick plants back to health, a reflection of the same care and dedication she brings to her client relationships.
