Sam Rathbun

General Manager

Sam Rathbun joined KEENA in 2017 as a Staffing Coordinator and has since grown into his role as General Manager. A graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Sam brings a diverse background in customer service, sales, small business development, and restaurant and hospitality management.

Sam’s well-rounded experience helps him connect with clients and lead KEENA’s operations with a focus on service and growth. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching sports and spending time with his family.
