As HR and Client Services Manager at KEENA, Tracey Aust leads the company’s client services and HR operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and accountability across every client interaction. She oversees HR processes, compliance, new client onboarding and training, benefits administration, open enrollment, client implementations, and ongoing account support. By fostering a collaborative, client-focused team, Tracey helps businesses navigate the complexities of human resources while delivering a seamless client experience.

Tracey brings more than 30 years of human resources experience to KEENA, with expertise spanning organizations of all sizes, from small businesses to large enterprises. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Her background includes organizational development, process improvement, leadership, and service excellence, and she has shared her expertise as a speaker at both local and national conferences.

As one of the newest members of the KEENA team, Tracey is excited to leverage her extensive HR knowledge to support clients and strengthen KEENA’s people-first approach. Her strategic perspective and commitment to exceptional service make her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Originally from south-central Pennsylvania, Tracey has called Queensbury, New York, home for the past 14 years. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, photography, gardening, community service, and spending quality time with family and friends.
