The Staffing Manager is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; recruit, screen and recommend and place applicants in positions of varying levels and industries. This position must possess considerable skill in recruiting, interviewing techniques, applicant tracking and customer service. An extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices is required.
Develop and foster excellent relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction with staffing assistance.
Develop strategies and programs to attract candidates using traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line job boards, community networking events, etc.

Collaborate with peers to identify risks, gaps, determine level of effort and timeline, and develop execution plans. Perform a capabilities assessment of network services and technologies including inter-dependencies to support our services. Produce network documentation and all typical design documentation of services.

History of self-sufficiency in managing core systems and services with example where candidate takes pride in the accurately completed task or project. History of producing accurate quality administrative work that maintains services availability to customers through maintenance windows and project implementations.

Experience with large networks, redundancy design, high availability, transport networking. Previous internet help desk, network support, network certifications (CCIE), wireless LAN/WAN and experience with passive optical networks are a plus.

We are seeking an organized, creative, and detail-driven Communications Associate to serve on the External Relations team. Reporting to the Director of External Affairs, the Communications Associate will write copy for press releases, newsletters, and the Museum’s website, as well as the primary social networks. Working collaboratively with other department members, the Associate will help with fundraising appeals, stewardship materials, grants, and acknowledgements. The Communications Associate will also be responsible for maintaining the editorial calendar and assisting staff in areas of development and marketing, from member communications to in-house signage. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, out-going, and energetic. The candidate must possess exceptional writing and communications skills, as well as strong computer skills. An interest and appreciation in the visual arts and the role of cultural institutions in the region is preferred.
Summary: Primary duty of the Communications Associate is to support the External Affairs Department, to help ensure timely, effective, and efficient communications to constituents, as well as cohesiveness in communications and branding across materials and efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and update press contact list;
· Assist Director of External Affairs with writing, revising, and distributing press releases;
· Write newsletter copy, website copy, and assist with grant writing;
· Work closely with the Marketing Associate to manage social networking activities and editorial calendar;
· Work closely with the Development Associate in communications to members, donors, and prospects, including printing and mailing of membership cards and renewal letters, annual appeal letters, brochures, and invitations;
· Create and/or assist Marketing Associate with marketing/communications materials such as weekly eblasts, quarterly program calendar, in-house signage, coupons, flyers, etc.;
· Assist department with Special Events;
· Assist with outreach activities and programs, as needed; and
· Assist with mass mailings, as needed.
